Orders within Europe are shipped within two working days. Your order will be sent via Post NL in a bubble wrap envelope.
Returns
Every “Original” by By Shir is unique. Therefore, it may differ slightly from the photo on the website. Furthermore, the materials we work with are carefully selected.
When a product states that it is made of stainless steel, these pieces of jewelry will remain beautiful even after contact with water. However, please keep in mind that if you have a high acidity level, this may cause a reaction in the jewelry.
If you wish to return an item, the procedure is as follows: If the item is not to your liking upon receipt, this must be reported via email ([email protected]) within 14 days of receipt. Please state the order number and which item you wish to return. After receiving the order, you must return the item you are not satisfied with to us within 14 days in the original packaging, unworn. Please note: sale products may be returned, but you will receive a credit voucher from us instead of a cash refund.
Returning received products is at the customer's risk. We advise sending everything by registered mail. This way, you are always assured that the order arrives with us. Please include a note in the package stating your request, name, and order number so that we can assist you quickly. Once we have received your package in good order, in the original packaging, unworn, and without damage, the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, will be refunded. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
